Kelly Wilson★★I chose Pebble Beach for my dad’s birthday because I had such a fantastic experience here last year. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t live up to what made it special before. I requested a table with a view on the online booking form, and although several were free when we arrived, we weren’t seated at one or asked if we’d prefer one. My dad’s birthday wasn’t acknowledged at any point, which was disappointing as most restaurants make a small gesture. Service was slow throughout, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. We tried to order a roast but were told there was no cauliflowe
D★★★★★Amazing view, really nice restaurant you won't be disappointed. We had the fish and chips. The fish was great not too greasy, very fresh and the chips amazing, really crispy and soft potato with a nice flavouring. I'm not a fan off pea puree so I would rather have mushy peas done by hand. The fresh orange on a hot day goes down a treat. Sitting outside with the view is hard to beat. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The waitress less happy but it was a very hot day and she did seem busy. Loved the atmosphere of the different sections of the restaurant. Worth the drive from neighbouring
Alan Smith★★★Sunday lunch for four. Lovely roast chicken and fish pie. Nice olives to start. All accompanied by two very tasty bottles of NZ Sauvignon Blanc. There was then further delays just to be given a menu and it feels like we could have sat there for a very long time if we hadn't actually gone and fetched a member of staff over to order. More disappointment when, having ordered our starters a member of staff returned, some time later, to tell us th
jane markovic★★★★We had breakfast here for a treat. I had avocado and poached eggs and my husband had a full English breakfast. The food was tasty but only a small slice of sourdough toast for each of us and I was left feeling a bit hungry still. . An additional slice would be good. Other than that we were happy!
