Amazing food i must say. It was freshly prepared and was very much enjoyable. Great place to visit with family and services was good too. Although i felt like portion sizes could have been better but thats just us probably. I highly recommend this place if you are around the area and in need of a munch.

Ordered the platter and it was absolutely worth it! The food was delicious; wings were perfectly seasoned, the beef sheesh kebab was amazing, and both the chicken and lamb tikka were cooked really well with some nice charred edges for extra flavour. The lamb chops were juicy, and the rice and spiced bulgur wheat soaked up all the flavours beautifully. The only downside was that the tables were a bit sticky and the presentation of the place could be improved, but for the price and quality of the food, it was easy to overlook. Overall, great value and fantastic taste. I’d definitely go back!

We travelled all the way from Hannover to Nottingham to visit our family, and during our stay we decided to eat at City Restaurant. Honestly, it was one of the best food experiences we have ever had. I have never eaten such a delicious kebab in my life. Everything was fresh, full of flavour, perfectly prepared, and made with so much care. You can really taste the quality of the food. Every bite was amazing, and the portions were generous too. What made our experience even more special was the owner and the staff. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly from the moment we arrived.
