I am a regular customer at Costa Coffee Basildon Shopping Centre and I visit this store at least twice every day during my work breaks. I have always enjoyed coming to Costa and have never experienced any issues until today. Unfortunately, the way I was treated by a member of staff, on 26/06/2026 who informed me that she was the manager, was completely unacceptable and has left me feeling embarrassed, humiliated, and very disappointed. Today, I ordered my usual Chocolate Fudge Frappé. When I received my drink, I noticed that the chocolate topping was missing. I politely mentioned this to the

Everything was okay. But staff member I think her name is Antonia is so rude! Rolling her eyes and shoving items into my hand. I came in one morning and she was blasting loud music thru the speakers from her phone. Her attitude is unprofessional and really needs to be addressed.. does she take everything person and take it out on customers? Clearly im not the first person to mention this

Awful customer experience from the barista with red hair. She gave us so much attitude, proceeding to roll her eyes at us. We left the place without ordering anything as the woman was awful. Would not recommend to spend your money here.

The worst customer service ever. The batista monica is THE RUDEST MOST ARROGANT PERSON I've ever encountered. Asking for a straw for frappe and shes said YOU CANT HAVE ONE , NO STRAWS. She does not deserve a customer facing job
