Visited wingstop yesterday was greeted by Toyosi, he was so pleasant and gave some great recommendations which i appreciated as i hadn’t been before!! We did have to wait a while for the food though which was a bit annoying. It was good but i wouldn’t say worth the wait!! It was well seasoned and piping hot which was great and the sugar fries were a pleasant suprise so i would reccomend and its a great addition to Basildon.

We had a fantastic family experience at Wingstop in Basildon. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, making it a great place to enjoy a meal together. A special mention has to go to Josh, who made the ordering process a real delight. He was an excellent salesperson - friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic. His recommendations were spot on, and every choice he suggested was thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. Great food, great service, and a memorable family outing. We’ll definitely be back!

I had an awful experience with one of your workers, I believe his name is Josh. He was speaking rather fast and when I asked him politely to talk slower he began to get rather agressive with his tone towards me. He did not seem sorry at all and I found him to be rather condescending when taking the rest of my order. The food however was lovely, cooked to perfection, Props to the kitchen team.
