A truly lovely evening. Martha was a wonderful host to us with her warm bubbly character. The service was very professional and the food was delicious! I had to cod special and my partner had the sharing rack of ribs to himself 😂. We then had churros and a pavlova for pudding and it did not disappoint. I also had one of the lovely Hugo spritz cocktails 🍸 which was a nice treat as I don’t often drink. We were in bath just for a the weekend and are so glad we chose Edesia for our special meal out! Would definitely recommend 👌😍

Great vibes and staff, but mind the menu details! We visited Edesia for a girls' trip in Bath and had a lovely time. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind throughout our visit. The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere—definitely a "good vibes" venue with great music, delicious food, and excellent cocktails. The only area for improvement is menu clarity. My friend ordered the fish stew, which didn't list prawns as an ingredient. As she has a prawn allergy, we were a bit taken aback when it arrived. My partner and I came here for our first dinner in Bath, and I'm so delighted that we did. Everything we ate was top notch, bursting with flavours beautifully seasoned, and perfectly cooked. The seabass ceviche starter that we shared was wonderfully fresh and zingy, and both of our mains, the moqueca (tropical fish and coconut stew) and the seafood paella were incredible. I've never had anything quite like a moqueca and this will now not be the first time!

What a great restaurant. The staff, especially Martha, were really attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is great too. They treated us really well with a free drink and anniversary plate of brownies. The food is very good quality. The tomahawk was amazing. The chicken was so tender it fell off my fork. We would definitely come back.
