I’ve been to quite a few burger places, but this one honestly really impressed me. The burger is absolutely top-notch, juicy, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor without being overwhelming. You can really tell everything is made with care, from the soft bun to the balanced toppings that complement the meat perfectly.

The burgers you receive look nothing like those advertised and at the extortionate prices charged it's unforgivable. I actually thought they'd brought the wrong food to our table. The taste was decent enough but half of the relish and toppings appeared to be missing. Nowhere near as good as Five Guys yet the prices are similar. I won't be visiting this place again. Absolute rip off!

Quest to have the best and reasonably priced Burger in Bath. Smash burger Southgate: Feels like the Maccy across the road. Sterile, self service counter. Burger a bit better but more expensive. Went for Classic in large £15 solo. Three thin beef patties with salad, some cheese and pickled. Not bad but a bit pricey for this type of setting and without fries. Freezing cold inside as door doesn't close properly. Not great value for money in my humble opinion.

We were staying nearby and decided to try this place as the reviews looked good. However we did not really enjoy the food! Ordering was easy using the touch screens, and the food came to the table in a good amount of time. However, the burger itself was not that good. The meat was smashed beyond recognition and was all falling apart. You couldn't pick up the burger to take a bit without more pieces of beef falling out the side. I've had many smashed burgers before, and normally the thin outside edges are all crispy and tasty, however the edges of this burger were just dry and tasteless.
