I heard good things about this new place and stopped by with family. I called ahead to make sure I wouldn't encounter issues as a wheelchair user. The staff were super helpful but it would have been nice to at least mention the large step at the entrance when I called! They managed to pull me in eventually. The food was nice, everything had a spice to it, pizza, steak, eggs, everything! I wasn't expecting a spicy breakfast! Not a bad place, come prepared if steps are an issue.

I finally visited Legends for the first time over the weekend. I ordered: 2 x Steak and Eggs 1 x Desi breakfast 1 x English breakfast 2 x Cakes (Matilda & Victoria Sponge) 2 x Teas (Breakfast & Asian) The steak was slightly tough but tasty nonetheless. A steak knife was not provided. The hasbrowns served with the English breakfast were oily and could not be consumed but everything else on the plate was delicious The cakes were not fresh. I recently tried Legends Cafe in Batley and, honestly, it was a bit of a mixed bag. The staff seemed all over the place one guy in particular looked like he’d rather be anywhere else. Service was slow, and it felt like the team could really use some retraining. One thing that really put me off was the flies. There were loads of them buzzing around our table, and I heard other people complaining about it too. Not great when you’re trying to enjoy a meal. Speaking of the food, it looked good when it arrived, but the taste just didn’t match up. Nothing terrible, but nothing memorable either. P

We ate at legends cafe and left very happy. Greeted politely at the door at were taken to our seat. We ordered Sunday roast and other items. Drinks arrived first and shortly followed by our meal. Portion size were good and quality was very good.. We enjoyed both meals. Opted to share a dessert and were pleased by that too. Desserts are freshly baked so we will definitely be back to try some more as they all looked fab! Liked how the waiters were in uniform it really compliments the aesthetic of the resturant. Had a really good conversation with the manager who was really polite and keen to hea
