Our hotel was located close to BaoBun Botanic, so we decided to stop by and try it out – and it turned out to be a great choice! The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in, and they gave us good recommendations, which made a great first impression. We ordered the bao bun set, the wings meal, and a half-and-half meal with fries, rice, and crispy chicken. Each set also comes with a drink, which is definitely a nice bonus. I visited this restaurant for the first time recently, and the overall experience was quite disappointing. The food itself was okay—not bad, but nothing special—and the portions were rather small considering the high prices. The main problem was one of the staff members wearing black glasses.Since it was our first time there, we asked a few questions about the menu, but instead of being polite or helpful, the response was rude. Their attitude made us feel uncomfortable and not welcome.

Ordered a box with the BBQ topping - described as Korean BBQ sauce with peanuts and lettuce . The manager , taking my order, confirmed BBQ - I specifically remember him confirming “it comes with peanuts, are you okay with that?” I said yes. So the manager thought I was having BBQ. Whole thing came with Mayo all over- which I don’t eat. £12 down the drain. Please accurately describe what you’re selling. The meal deals are very convenient, the food tastes very fresh and fragrant, I had the Pork bao bun with House dressing (SZechuan, Asian slaw and crunchy shallots), with fries poutine and a drink for 12.25£, a very filling meal! I got it take away, but there are a few tables to dine in as well. I recommend it!
