I ordered my burger through the order’s screen and the option ‘extra cheese’ was missing. I reported to the member of staff, she asked for my order number and added manually the extra cheese to my order. Five stars on food and five stars on professional kindness.

Don't normally do 1 star reviews but there's not much good to say about this place. I'd heard good things about Five Guys but they did not deliver at all. Prices are insane; a cheeseburger, small portion of fries and a drink came to over £20. For context, you could get the same meal in a 5 star hotel around the corner for cheaper. The staff were all really grumpy and clearly would rather be elsewhere, and it also took over 10 mins to get my food. The burger itself was bland and under seasoned and the "cheese" on top was disgusting. We have some of the best cheese on the planet here so I've

Went here during lunch time. The staffs are super friendly. Service is quick. The ambience is amazing too. Ordered Cajun style chips and burger. one of the best chips I have had. Burger was fresh and lovely too. Will recommend this place.

The worst burger experience I've ever had in my entire life! This was my first (and surely last) time at five guys. The regular cheeseburger costs more than £10 with no side at all. I picked a small cheeseburger where you have to pay for every single topping. £26 for 2 small smashed cheeseburgers. 1 fries and 1 coke. Pictures don't lie, never ever again!
