Took 1h15 to get our plates. 45 minutes into our wait we asked if there was anything wrong with our order and were reassured that it was “just taking some time but will be there soon”. The restaurant was half empty. When the plates finally arrived, we were told they had forgotten one of our plates. They offered a free drink as a compensation which never came. Regarding the food, it’s way overpriced for what you get. The 21£ dirty burger is advertised as a “prime steak” but it’s clearly a crappy frozen processed meat burger that you would get for 2£ at Tesco (see photo). Ridiculous. The deco

We stepped into The Freemasons Arms on a chilly, rainy afternoon in Hampstead and immediately felt welcomed. The warm food, cozy atmosphere, and friendly service made it the perfect place to escape the weather for a while. A special thank you to Noah and Yasmine for taking such great care of us, and compliments to Chef Mar-Siuzy for a wonderful meal.

Had a lovely lunch here with a few friends. The fish was delicious—perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and served over a generous bed of fresh salad. We visited during a special offer, which was a nice bonus. Lunchtime was fairly quiet, so we enjoyed a relaxed meal. We come here every so often, and it never disappoints.
