First time coming here. The environment, staff and service was incredible. Such a warm, friendly and cosy environment with speedy service despite it being crazy busy. We were fortunate enough to meet the siblings Navio Jnr and Anna who were so funny and inviting. We ordered the veggie breakfast with a side of big bang ciabatta which was so delicious and their homemade pesto is to die for. Thank you for such a great experience! 🥰 Side note: Go in early because by 11am there was a really long line. Very popular!

This was my first time trying an English breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious. The portion was huge for me, but every bite was worth it. The owner was so hospitable and friendly, felt more like visiting a friend than eating at a restaurant. I also happened to come on another customer’s birthday, and the staff sang a birthday song for her, which made the atmosphere even warmer and cozier. E. Pellicci in Bethnal Green is an absolute gem of a place. We’d been to a popular café in the Borough area a couple of times before, but after trying Pellicci, it’s easily our new favourite. The food is just better—properly cooked, hot, and bursting with flavour—and the atmosphere feels so much more real and full of life. It’s like getting a classic full English breakfast along with a front-row seat to proper East London characters in action! The regulars are all larger-than-life, totally themselves, bantering with the staff and each other. It honestly feels like the beating heart of the old
