I ordered 2 hot drinks which was Black forest hot chocolate and Ginger bread Latte. I wanted the black forest hot chocolate with oat milk as I am lactose intolerant, she proceeded to mention that they are out of oat milk when theres a fresh batch of oat milk boxes right in front of us. Just a bit unprofessional for the worker to lie who could've just been honest.

We visited a couple of times in Beverley, I hunt them out when we are out and about. We sat outside as the weather was good. I was really pleased they were doing the Spanish Latte as they haven't been doing at other Costas I've used. I tried the iced one but it wasn't very nice it wasn't worth the money it was just like black coffee with a splash of milk and ice cubes. I won't order one again. Very unusual for Costas. Have to give the staff massive kudos. We came in like 10 mins before closing and they happily made us two strawberries and cream frappes, and made sure we didn't feel a burden. I've been in many coffee shops to shoo you away when they're close to closing. They were amazing and especially on a very hot and humid day. Really can't fault the staff or the store. Brilliant service from both.

Benefited from a refurbishment, clean light and inviting space. Continues to keep up with seasonal drinks offering a variety of flavours. Plenty of seating available inside with a few tables outside ideally for fine weather use.
