I've been to Nandos for several years and this is the first time leaving a review. I really appreciated the fantastic customer service from Monica and Favour who handled the busy restaurant so well (along with their other colleagues but I didnt catch any other names) these ladies stood out to me, especially Monica who was super friendly with great hair! Favour was really patient and professional considering the long que of customers. Will definitely be back in this branch if I'm in the area :)

It was our first time visiting this Nando’s restaurant. We came on a mothers day Sunday and it was extremely busy with ques out of the door as expected. We was greeted by a lovely worker called “Charlie”. Charlie politely explained to us there was a little wait ahead of us and offered to seat us down to wait (my partner is pregnant). Within 5 minutes.. she arrived back and kindly allowed us to stay seated and order. The food was delicious as always, the staff were awesome.. everyone being kind and welcoming under such demand. We visited Nando’s Crayford for Father’s Day dinner, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The service was amazing – we felt genuinely attended to and well taken care of throughout our visit. All the staff were so helpful, polite, and friendly, which made the occasion even more special. I come to this nandos quite a lot because of how friendly and helpful the staff are. I’d like to mention how helpful staff member Ashley was, everytime you have an issue he’s there to help straight away and resolves them very quickly. Another staff member Angel has also showed excellent customer service if ever I have had a problem with my food and it is greatly appreciated.
