Very disappointed with the customer service at Starbucks in Bexleyheath today (25/05). I visited the store today and experienced extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour from a staff member named Maria (Mari). After placing my order, the colleague who took it expected Maria to prepare my drink, but she outright refused for no clear reason. When her colleague asked why, she could not provide any proper explanation. In the end, the staff member who took my order had to stop what he was doing to make my drink instead. Great sized Starbucks located within residential area, spacious modern and clean design, with parking and disabled parking. Outdoor and indoor seating available. Shelves and counter is well stocked and tidy. Staff also seen cleaning and tidying up tables. Managed to get the free reusable snoopy cup!

Great atmosphere, staff are friendly, polite and helpful. There are always plenty of seating options, both inside and outside, even though it’s busy most of the time. Toilet is decent, has wheelchair access. They make good coffee, I approve haha.

Had my first Iced Matcha Latte here. I could not work out all the fuss...theb the caffeine kicked in. I will try with skimmed milk next time. Big up to the staff here.
