I always order on uber eats as I don’t live close. Food is always fresh and authentic, tonight I ordered and when I received the order I noticed items missing, I tried to contact the driver and got no response, I called the shop to explain and they told me the items were put in and the driver must have taken them, most shops at this point would say report to uber eats and get a refund and that is it, they didn’t. They asked me what was missing and personally delivered the missing items to me. This is great customer service and that is what sets them apart from other establishments. They didn’t

I had a mixed grill today, the fish pakora was lovely, but the rest was dry and rubbery and the wings felt like grissle, I spent £17 on the mixed grill and left hungry plus he threw half of my pint away when I went to the toilet. Atmosphere was good and the staff were polite and friendly
