“Fast service but don't always have everything on the menu”

Grabbed a quick bite at McDonald's🍔👌. Burger was decent, not bad not great 🤷‍♀️. Fries were okay, bit salty for my taste 🍟. Service was pretty fast 👍. Overall, it's a solid McDonald's, nothing special

Order number 23 was displayed as ready for collection, but upon inquiry, I was informed that it was not yet prepared and would require an additional waiting period. I was advised that it would be automatically processed and provided after approximately 15 minutes. Furthermore, my bill indicated charges for extra onions and extra pickles, but these additions were not included with my order, which resulted in a regrettable waste of time.

Staff in customer facing rolls should at least be able to speak clear English, "pakkup" "Sorry?" "PAKKAP" "I don't know what you mean" "PAK APP" Turns out they were saying park up. How about "could you just drive to the end and park in a bay, we'll bring the food to you".

They just making the food, it stays there for 20 mins. None of them is fresh. They keep the deliveries waiting unnecessary instead of put there 1 or 2 guys who pack these thousands of burgers quickly…
