The £5 pasta is incredible!!! The portions are the same size which I found amazing for the price. The lady and man that served us today were so lovely and attentive. I didn’t manage to grab their names but I hope they know how great they are

We were served by Aaron and we ordered to take out. The Bella House chips were amazing and the pasta was perfectly al dente, the wait time wasn’t too bad and Aaron even included an extra flatbread!

Visited Bella Italia for lunch and ordered the signature Lasagne. The dish was quite average and lacked depth of flavour, overall not particularly memorable. The dessert was also disappointing. The ice cream was served in an unusual way, with the cone placed upside down inside the cup. This removed the expected experience of holding and enjoying the cone, which felt especially misleading when dining with a child. It came across as prioritising presentation over customer experience. Overall, the food and execution did not meet expectations and felt below the standard we anticipated.
