I’ve wanted to try this cookie shop for a while now and it was worth the wait! The cookies were soft, moist, gooey and straight from the oven. Can't get any fresher than that! The deluxe cookies are bigger in size so I would recommend trying those. The shop was not busy when I visited there are plenty of seating available in store. Prices are in the mids but not that expensive overall.

The cookies were very nice, good size, warm, and very tasty. I got them straight from the oven, which made them even better. I tried the Deluxe Chocolate Chunk Blondie and the Deluxe Chocolate Chunk Brookie, and both were delicious. The only downside is that they felt a little overpriced for a cookie.

Insomnia Cookies in Birmingham has become one of my favorite spots for a sweet treat. I’ve been a couple of times now, and it never disappoints. Been here a handful of times now, each time has been great. The cookies are always really nice. I find the price to be a bit expensive for what you get quantity wise, but the quality is so good. Unique cookies cycle frequently so each time you go, theres a chance of something new. The cookies always taste so fresh and are so soft. If you want a good cookie, this is the place to go. Only ever been served by one person each time I have been, and I have never caught their name, but they have always been super nice and recognised me each time. A great person to have there!
