Enjoyed my mini munchies cheesecake today. My favourite McDonald’s in city to sit. Food comes out in a more than acceptable time cooked from fresh. The staff are always hard working in here including the cleaners and security.

Manager is really rude - Manjoori / Manjuri was incredibly disrespectful when we asked for a toilet pass for my disabled partner. Most concerningly, when we asked another member of staff for her name, she pulled him over to the side and started telling him off in front of everyone. My partner does not have a blue badge, as you must apply for this, and he hasn’t applied as he doesn’t drive. Rather than explaining, she was rude and dismissive, walked off mid conversation. Incredibly unprofessional and handled horrendously.

I've been to this branch a lot of times over the years due to it's convenient location. I've never had any issues with the food or the service to date, and it's a great option at late night if you're out having a few drinks nearby. It's very busy during the day, as you'd expect from a city centre branch.
