If I could give you a zero I would. Recently visited to pick a up a too good to go only to be told no not zero zero to collect here. I then showed the lady at the counter my conformation on the app which was perfectly correct she proceed to get her laptop out from the back from to show me that I was wrong! After scrolling though her laptop she huffed and puffed and did a complete u-turn on her statement and gave me my order I felt completely humiliated here’s me trying to save the planet from food wastage and your staff act in this way towards me!! Sound like a technical issue your end that y

Friendliest staff ever! The manager here is so great, there are obviously people who are regulara and he knows their orders off by heart, always with a smile. Nice atmosphere, really efficient, and nicest staff experience I've had at Costa - thanks! (Manager was called Nathan on 20th - great asset to Costa)
