We returned to the Tythings after a long break only to find it just as nice as before. The food was excellent, the service first class, great atmosphere too. We met up with several friends with kids and everyone enjoyed their food too, including little fussy eaters. There's plenty of room for kids to run around without bumping into people. I even made a new friend in the queue to the bar! A great pub.

Had my husband's wake their on 30 march 2026 amazing team Buffet reasonable priced Food we had which was hot and cold was great everyone said food was lovely catered for everyone and good selection Took some extra bits cakes and scotch eggs which wasnt a problem Plenty of space inside and outside bar area as need it to cater for 50 to 100 people Nothing wasnt an issue Friendly welcoming staff Everyone was able to raise a glass and celebrate a my wonderful man Recommend to anyone
