I work near the shopping mall in Blackburn and, until recently, I have always nipped into this store for my caffeine fix. I’ve been really disappointed to watch the decline of this store over the past year, it used to be a really clean, well-kept cafe but it’s now always dirty, unkempt and is never properly stocked. I’ve been opting to go to other local cafes on my lunch break which is a shame as I liked building up points on my account. I tried to revisit the store with a colleague on Friday and we were disgusted at how filthy the cafe was. Please look into this issue, if the store was eve

Amelia is very rude proceeded to tell us to buy something if we wanted to stay in which we did then proceeded to tell us to leave for no reason it would be understandable if they was busy but the majority of the seats were empty and we had already bought something

Supposed to be open till 5.30pm on Saturdays - we tried to order just before 5.15 to be told by a fairly rude blonde lady at the till that they were closed. Spoke to a more helpful member of Staff (Zainab) who just said they close early on weekends now….rubbish! Sort out your opening hours on Google and maybe don’t be so rude to customers!
