Dear Franco Manca, Our experience at your Blackheath restaurant was frankly unacceptable and says a lot about how your company is currently being run. We waited 45 minutes without seeing a single pizza arrive at our table. In fact, not one table in the restaurant had food on it. Meanwhile, takeaway orders were constantly being processed and prioritised over the customers actually sitting in the restaurant. When I pointed this out to the waitress and asked how much longer we would need to wait, the answer was essentially: “We don’t know — probably another 45 minutes.” This is not normal rest
