Nuno was amazing yesterday afternoon! He was on his own, had so many tables but he was shinning bright. He was consistently providing the best service we ever had at Pizza Express, making rapport with each table, everyone felt so looked after and cared for was an amazing experience. Had a lovely evening at this restaurant. Food was fresh and really good. We were served by Cinzia who was very friendly and helpful. Used tesco club card vouchers which was fairly simple. Made a reservation on the phone on the day before going however we were not on the list. Still managed to get a table with minimal wait. The kids menu was quite generous and good activity sheet for little ones under 12.

Pizza express varies depending on a spot. The jazz club one, for instance, had amazing pizzas. The O2 one - abort, abort, error code 🚨 . If you are to choose between pizza from Sainsbury’s, choose pizza firm Sainsbury’s. The quality will be better. I haven’t seen anything like takt forma long time. Dry, shrinked piece of something. The was good, that’s it.

Had my child’s party here, the experience was amazing, with children saying ‘this was the best day ever’. Staff couldn’t do more for us and provided anything we asked for. Would highly recommend having a child’s party here. Closed to the rest of the public until the party was nearly over, so was a calm, stress free environment for us and our guests. Food was fab too, oh and no tidying up after, as the staff were clearing away as the party went along. Thank you to all staff involved yesterday!
