Peter Robertson★★★★★What a magnificent Sunday roast we enjoyed at this historic Docklands pub. We had the blowout four-person sharing feast with cote de boeuf and roast chicken legs plus all the usual trimmings. It was good value for money. Top marks in my book for including a big jug of gravy instead of the usual fiddly and tiny individual servings where inevitably you have to ask for refills. A special shoutout to our amazing server Rae who was unfazed by our clumsy drinks spillages and cheerfully got everything shipshape again. None of us needed to eat for the rest of the day!

The menu is not very elaborate and they keep rotating the menu with the seasons. The food is very well done, always fresh and superbly presented. The cocktails are innovative and refreshing. The desserts are great with the tiramisu served in a very innovative way.
