We visited Giggling Squid for lunch to celebrate my wife's birthday and it was a wonderful and memorable experience. The staff are friendly, polite and understanding. They have a wide selection of vegetarian dishes which we really loved. For some reason, the crispy chickpeas was slightly too salty but otherwise everything else was spot on. The decor and ambience is amazing and makes you feel warm and cozy instantly. I had requested the restaurant to make something special to celebrate my wife's birthday and they did not disappoint. We were served by Carina this evening (23/06) & she was brilliant from the get go. We took a while to pick drinks because we were talking & she let us take our time & didn't rush us. When asked for recommendations of cocktails, she was more than happy to make suggestions & even picked some for us when we asked her to surprise us! She was very friendly & a good laugh. The food was lovely & all of the cocktails were great too. Would definitely recommend!
