Went to Pepe’s in Bracknell last week and had a great experience. Staff member Hazel was friendly and communicated well. She recommended the chicken loaded fries, which were delicious. Tried the chicken nachos too which were quite unique and tasty. The chicken was fresh, juicy and well cooked. The service was quick and efficient. Would definitely come again!

The gentleman at the counter was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. He is always there (im not sure what his name is) and he always makes sure our food is fresh, tasty, and prepared exactly how we like it. What really stood out today was his kindness. We were short by 40p and while my mum was looking for change, he told us not to worry about it. In a time when many places won’t let even a few pence slide, his warm and understanding attitude made a real difference. Excellent customer service, delicious food, and a genuinely kind member of staff who deserves recognition. Thank you!

Visited Pepe’s in Bracknell recently and it was an okay experience overall. The food was decent — the chicken was well cooked and had good flavour, especially the grilled peri peri. Portion sizes were fair for the price, and the fries were fresh. Service was average; not bad, but not particularly welcoming either. It was fairly busy, so there was a bit of a wait for the food, but nothing too excessive. The restaurant itself was clean, it’s a reasonable option if you’re craving peri peri chicken, but there are areas that could be improved to make it a better experience.
