We visited this restaurant on Mother’s Day with our family of five, and it turned out to be a really lovely experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which made it a perfect place to celebrate the occasion. The staff were friendly and attentive even though the restaurant was quite busy because of the holiday. They made sure we were comfortable and checked on us regularly without making us feel rushed. The food was delicious and well presented. I think zizzis can be very hit or miss for me. I’ve been a few times now and each time is different. The staff are so lovely, kind and always checking on you and your food. My food every time I’ve been hasn’t been up to par. My most recent visit I enjoyed the Brushetta as my starter. For my main I had the chorizo carbonara. I had previously had this and it was amazing. Unfortunately this time it wasn’t the same. The flavours were there I did enjoy that side of it but the texture was not to my liking. Went during half term with our daughter and grandchildren. They were very busy but staff were attentive and friendly. I chose the salmon risotto, which was disappointing because the salmon was very hard on the outside and was quite dry inside. The actual risotto was nice though. The candy floss dessert was delicious.

I would recommend to everyone to don’t order from this restaurant, because they don’t care about their customers,I ordered on Uber on pizza and it’s saying buy one get one free and of course I received just one and I called them to ask what happened with the offers. Their response it was to contact Uber , literally they don’t know what offers they have or they don’t care they said is Uber problem because they have from their restaurant offer and Uber should bring me one more pizza . Unacceptable communication, and horrible service.
