I had a lovely visit at the Toby carvery today , the service by my waiter Stacy was immaculate she followed all the correct procedures and made it very clear instructions where to go to get our carvery and get our gravy which was a nice touch , the Food was great the potatoes was fresh and hot and we was given a nice cut off meat by the carver Ash which was pleasing all the food was hot and great however one small thing the Mac n cheese has changed since I last went and is not as high quality as it used to be which is unfortunate however the overall quality off the meal was still great. Food & service was excellent throughout Harley who greeted us & seated everyone did & excellent professional fantastic service for the entire event & didn't stop from start to finish providing top class service. Great service, attentive friendly servers (waiters, is that the word?) Carvery was fresh with good portions. Room was well laid out, pleasent decorations. Loos were ok, but felt a bit crammed in. Ok though.
