Visited Kaspas recently and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. We tried the delicious cookie-and-cream style milkshake and the mango sundae, and both were incredible. The milkshake was perfectly thick, creamy, and packed with flavour, while the mango sundae was beautifully presented with generous portions of fresh mango, smooth ice cream, and the perfect balance of sweetness. Fancied some ice cream, so popped in here on a Monday evening. First time visiting a Kaspa's. Was very quiet, but staff were friendly and helpful. Ice cream was delicious, and a good amount. Good value for money. Would definitely visit again.

I am extremely disappointed by the hygiene standards I witnessed during my visit to your dessert shop. While waiting for my order, I observed the preparation process and found it unacceptable. Such a beautiful design dessert shop but the work surface was dirty as you can see in the pics, fruit was cut directly on it without a cutting board, and the employee was not wearing disposable gloves. My waffle was handled with bare hands and placed directly into the box. Even worse, the employee wiped her dirty hands on her trousers and continued preparing food without washing them.
