Well, never had such bad service in my life! My husband placed an order on their website. When after an hour the food hadn’t arrived my husband phoned them. Spoke to a man who said the website doesn’t always work! And took our order again. After a further 40 mins my husband phoned again but no answer, so I phoned, the phone was answered. Absolutely disgraceful service from start to finish. The problem isn’t that I didn’t got the food right. Is that I didn’t got it at all When I placed my order, I knew the address was correct as this is not the first time I have ordered food to that location. There are two houses very close together with no clear numbers, and every other driver who has ever delivered there has always called when they arrived to make sure they were at the right one.
