I had a cheese and tomato toastie with a large mug of tea, and the lady who served me was very nice and friendly, the food and tea were very hot, I enjoyed it very much.

First time I ever been into one of these establishments they used to have a good reputation so Costa was busy so thought I’d give it a try now I thought Costa coffee was expensive but this place is pretty expensive compared to Costa I think they are missing a truck or two has Costa was rammed compared to this place now the food was not bad or the service but competition is strong I think a few tweeks the place could be booming .

Service slow, although the staff were pleasant enough. Annoying tannoy voice about a new order. Biggest issue is that I had trouble finding a clean table. All but one empty table were covered in dirty crockery. Hate to see that in a cafe. Staff were taking orders to tables but ignoring the dirty ones. A customer cleared one table and told staff all the tables were full but they didn't seem to be bothered.

Currently sat, two other people in. Im glad I picked a sealed packet of biscuits, I'm considering finishing the coffee, it might finish me first. The place is disgusting, every table whilst empty, has not seen a cloth, today at least. Not sure when the carpet saw a vac, and a duster has not ventured out in a while. The underside of a few chairs are hanging loose. I used my own teaspoon as the one I picked up was very much in need of a scrub, never mind a flash in the dishwasher.
