Visited Zafran in Brighton and had a really good experience. The food was well cooked, fresh, and full of flavour. We ordered a mix of dishes and everything came out just right. Food was not bad but could be better. They did not have the main special food in the menu which was Qabli plow. So if like us going there for that food make sure they serve it that day, in advance.

Save your time and money and don't go. I went in for a shawarma wrap and was told it would take 15 minutes. As I was in a hurry, I asked if there was anything quicker. The staff member suggested a chicken shish wrap instead and told me it would only take 10 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked about my order and was shocked to find out they hadn't even started making it. I was then told it would be another 10 minutes. At that point, I requested a refund and left. This was one of the worst customer experiences I've had in Brighton. I don't mind waiting if I'm given an honest estimate, but
