Staff seem to be like robots, going through the motions of taking orders, making drinks etc. No smiles, not friendly so I didn't want to spend more money on food here. Visited the restaurant instead where the staff are happy!

Very poor customer service. Ordered and paid for Coconut cappuccino but was served a latte. I told the staff who made the latte but they made no effort to change the order. I was looked at as if I was wrong despite it being their mistake. I then ordered a tea with milk and had to return it, as it took was so wrong. This was greeted with disdain. I shall never make the mistake of coming again.

Came to have a coffee after an appointment with my daughter. Ordered 2 caramel frappichinos, wanted one normal milk and one oat milk to be told they dont offer milk alternatives for frappichinos anymore???? Absolutely ridiculous, all of the milk alternative mixing cups were literally on the counter and 2 machines ( one dairy, one not) wont be coming again Ordered a tea instead, was asked if I wanted oat milk with that, obviously yes I did. I then had to ask for it because they hadn't put it in the cup and the woman behind the counter actually rolled her eyes at me.

Enter this place at your peril. It's chaos starting with the parking which is utterly ridiculous and expensive. Inside is no better. I have never seen anyone clean in that place and the cleaning staff always seen to group up having conversations with each other instead of working. It just isn't clean enough for a hospital. The eye clinic is a nightmare always overbooked and on one occasion a whole clinic had been booked I attended only to be told that the staff in charge of bookings had booked the clinic knowing that the doctor was in surgery and unable to take a clinic.
