We went with some Poppadoms to start, mango chutney in particular was really good - not too sweet and a bit of spice in the background. We had Chilli Chicken, Samosa Chaat and Lamb Chops to start, all were super fresh, cooked and seasoned perfectly. The lamb chops were so tender and flavourful, I think they actually fry them off at the end which does wonders to lock in the flavour and add a nice crisp.
