With coffee in all costa being the same the only differentiator is the service and that was poor. We clearly said we want 'In' but take away cups were prepared. When we noticed and said no attempt was made to rectify.

On my last two occasions whilst in broadwater I have visited costa coffee instead of Starbucks I prefer your coffee to that of Starbucks you do well to learn from the excellent service they provide at Montague square the staff are excellent they bring your coffee to your table as standard instead of the need to be asked i realize they have they have more staff. I will still use your shop when I visit broadwater staff are pleasant just learn from Montague square branch many thanks Paul
