I was amazed when he suggested going for a coffee, it turns out he's a regular here and the staff not only knew him - they knew his order and took time to interact with Dad even though it was very busy. I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he had a bread and was excellent. Such a heart warming experience to know that people still take time to interact with the elderly. The Best - Many Thanks.
