⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent McDonald’s branch with consistently great service. The team at Bushey are always friendly, efficient and welcoming, even when it’s really busy. The restaurant is clean, well looked after and has a pleasant atmosphere. Food is always fresh, hot and prepared quickly, and orders are usually spot on. It’s clear that the staff work hard to keep standards high and provide a great experience for customers. A reliable, well-run restaurant that I’m always happy to visit. Keep up the great work!

Poor experience. Arrived early around 7.30 and was one of 2 groups sat in the restaurant. The food took about 15 minutes and the drinks a further 10 to be made. When the drinks arrived they tasted of cleaning fluid and had to be sent back and remade only to face the same problem. Its a shame because we have had a good experience here before but often met with commotion in the kitchen and long wait times. The duty manager was helpful though and considerate of our experience which we appreciated.

Went in today Sunday 28th June, lady behind counter stuck her thumb & finger up her nose, had a good mooch then wiped them on her trousers & continued to serve food. I spoke with the manager, who wasnt horrified by this behaviour & turned around & continued working. Absolutely disgusting!
