A fairly standard Costa. Service seemed quite slow and the sofa is quite spectacularly stained. Not quite sure what people have been up to on it... Still, when the three year old is insisting on a drink it's almost always open and warm.

when in costa on 3rd feb 2 young men working, they were nice , friendly and very happy to serve. Have been in this store loads of times and the young ladies needs to learn customer service off the 2 young men. well done guys .

Very week hot chocolate tasted more like milk and manageress said that that was the small measure of chocolate that they serve...meanie especially at these very high prices. PS table next to me were also complaining!
