My favourite hot chocolate by far. First time i went I didn’t like it as it was overwhelming, but now that I understand the concept, I absolutely love it. The 36% with sea salt is my go to! There are so many different flavours of chocolate you can try, so yum!

First time in Knoops, Amazing little shop, the choice of different chocolate is excellent, very well explained by Chrishel who also gave us taste testing on a few different ones including the extras you can add to compliment them. I wen for a number 72 with ginger and seasalt. It was spot on. Will definitely return and thoroughly recommended. The pistachio cookie was really really good as well.

Giant Pastries I am so glad the pastries in Knoops are back. Who doesn't want to have large pastries? £2.95 for each. They tasted airy and puffy as I remembered. Both weigh 99g. Personally I do not prefer pastries being to sweet and Knoops ticked my box. Unfortunately it's just a little takeaway place with limited seats, without toilet. No pastries heating. I seldom bought their chocolate drinks, though I know that Knoops provide different options. It would be better if Knoops has no added sugar(with sweeteners) hot chocolate available!

Was visiting from outside of Cambridge… Respectfully if this is how you make matcha this should be removed from the menu it’s ok not to follow suite and if it’s dependent on the staff that’s making it I think some re-training should take place.
