We came here as it is near to the Premier Inn Falkirk central and their restaurant didn’t open till 6pm. What a gem of a place. My eldest daughter ordered soup as her main course. She was asked if she would like an extra bread roll with it as normally it is a starter. My youngest daughter had fish and chips and was very happy with this. The homemade burger and chips were excellent. Tasted fresh and good quality meat was used and not filled with any rubbish. The homemade chips were fantastic and the best we’ve eaten in a long time. We went for Saturday lunch and weren't disappointed. We shared Nacho Starter which was huge and really good served with a warm Salsa on the side. Next up Fish and Chips . Outstanding. The home made chips different class. The fish was crispy and large!. My wife had Macaroni Cheese with Chips and 2 large slabs of Garlic bread . She couldn't finish . £51 including 2 pints and a soft drink. Well worth it.

We visited twice while in the area and both times the food was excellent and the staff welcoming and helpful. Our favorites were the copper top sandwich, the steak pie and sticky toffee pudding with custard! Would recommend reservations for the weekend.
