Went into Fratellis Cafe this afternoon and the girl named Klaudia was amazing. Super friendly, easy to talk to and just gave really good vibes the whole time. The caramel latte was spot on too honestly one of the nicest coffees I’ve had lately. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and makes the place feel really welcoming. Definitely coming back! Would recommend:))

Lovely freshly squeezed orange juice and good coffee. I didn’t eat anything but it was all well presented and it looked fresh and appealing. The restaurant looked clean and tidy so I’d have no hesitation to eat here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice café in a very convenient location, just a short walk from Royal Victoria Station and the ExCeL London. The coffee was really good, and there was a decent variety of food options to choose from with reasonable price. The ambience was pleasant with a relaxed and welcoming vibe, making it a nice place to sit and unwind. A great spot whether you’re visiting the ExCeL or just looking for a good coffee nearby. Would happily visit again.

I was genuinely pissed off by their service. Will NEVER go back again. Me and my friend went there yesterday to prepare for exams. Although the staff weren’t exactly welcoming, they still let us stay until 3pm, so we thought it was fine and decided to go back again today. However, today was extremely disappointing. They told us to move to another table because there were customers coming for takeaways — even though there were STILL plenty of empty tables available. And somehow, they ONLY told us to move???? There were other people using large tables too, but they didn’t say anything to them. W
