Possibly the best burger ive ever had 🍔 If you are looking for an absolute masterpiece of a burger in London, look no further than The Edinburgh in Newington Green. Established in 1868, this iconic corner pub effortlessly blends historic charm with a top-tier food lineup. The Vibe Stunning Interior: The venue boasts a breathtaking, grand glass dome skylight Historic Charm: From the striking period facade to the gorgeous, vintage patterned floor tiles, every corner tells a story. Great Drinks Menu: They offer a fantastic selection of wines—including crisp whites, trendy orange wines T

Ordered the burger and chips - sadly they weren’t doing their spice bags which is what we really wanted!! Burger was good, very saucy and sweet from the onions but lacked salt. Same with the chips, they were okay but nothing special and lacked salt! Service on food was super slow and a little grumpy despite the pub being pretty quiet, we went around midday. The pub itself is really lovely, great interiors and drink selection was good too!!

One of the best burgers in London. Bar staff were great. Sadly the lady serving us in the restaurant was rude and dismissive. However overall amazing pub amazing food !

spent a quiet monday afternoon at the pub. a few cold, fresh lagers first—exactly as god intended—before surrendering happily to a moreish bacon jam burger and fried potatoes you can opt to drag through confit garlic mayo with near-religious enthusiasm the gent behind the bar was personable, sharp, unflappable. around 3pm, a small wave of thirsty blokes rolled in and, despite being the only man working the bar, he handled it with calm competence and good humor. no panic. what proper pub stewardship this is what a neighborhood pub should feel like
