OK I know inflation hits hard, but damn not that hard. Nearly £7 for two toasts that look exactly like those I prepare when I'm late and half-asleep at 5am. For £3 The Toast can I at least have cream cheese on the corners 🥲

We came in with a dog and we were able to sit inside but only on the ground floor and not upstairs. When we ordered they had ran out of as lot of ingredients and the staff said "we are running out of a lot of stuff today" including tomatoes and other ingredients which are a stable in most of the food items even though there are multiple shops near by. The tables were two seater and no larger tables but still 4 chairs around it. The food was average, nothing to complain about. Ultimately come here if you would like a coffe or a small bite to eat. Is quite expensive and tea was mediocre.

If I could I'd give 3.5 pr 3.75 stars. I had a hot chocolate which looked great, but tasted mostly syrupy and less like a creamy hot chocolate. The service is solid and the location is great. The vibe of the place seems chill and inviting with plenty of light. I'm sure this place is much busier, louder with longer waits in the summer months. That may be good or bad depending on what you're looking for. All in all, I'd certainly recommend a stop in, atleast to try the hot chocolate on a cold day like I did.

We visit here frequently coz we love the pancakes. Went this time for my grandson's birthday and he loved the waffle and icecream. We love the quirky decor and the old time feel of the interior. Highly recommended, especially the strawberry and chocolate pancakes
