Staff are super kind, store is clean and tidy and the food is hot and fast. Staff member Mel was super kind while helping me with any issues. This taco bell is near my garage so I tend to come here quite often while my car is being serviced. Staff never have issues with me working remotely from this store for 2-3 hours while I wait and I can confidently come and work knowing I wont be disturbed.

For a fast food chain, the service was terrible.It took 30 minutes to get my food, which was missing items.I raised this with one of the employees and he acknowledged me and did nothing for a further 5 minutes. I raised it to him again and his response was " we dont have any fries cooked at the moment" and that was that.No appology or update to when the fresh fries was going to be made, so I left.Moving forward from this, I hope Taco Bell can deliver the basic adiquite training to their staff on customer services.I understand that the majority of the employees are young adults, however manors

I am writing to formally raise a concern about my recent visit to Taco Bell on Tuesday at approximately 5 PM. I was served fries that were soggy and clearly not fresh. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I observed an employee taking fries from a different container rather than addressing the issue transparently or preparing a fresh batch. Additionally, staff members were engaged in personal conversations and laughing among themselves instead of maintaining professional service standards. Honestly super friendly and great staff food was good too. A good location to park, a little wait for food but I mean it’s not as simple as a burger. I love the fries seasoning and the got Baja blast now which is amazing as I hadn’t had it since I last visited us it’s amazing!
