Ordered breakfast at 06:07 and received a frozen hash brown and an undercooked sausage & egg McMuffin — not acceptable. This isn’t a one-off. I’ve had around 10+ incorrect or poor orders from this store. Strangely, the only time it’s right is when ordering through Just Eat. I’ve raised issues before and was told to complain online rather than having it dealt with properly. Would be interesting to hear how this location plans to address what’s clearly a consistent problem, as this falls well below the standard expected from McDonald's

Got my order delivered. Missing the kids happy meal, tried ringing multiple times, surprise surprise no answer. Uber refunded the money as they don’t deal with food just the delivery. From other reviews it not a great store.

Majority of time I get from this store drive through get home and order is wrong , you bring what you have back to show what's been given and what's left out . So wait on rest of order what you did receive is now cold but won't replace it absolute joke. Then overheard manager telling someone else to deal with me as they are from here.

The parking is small and in busy time is better to drive thru if you get in car. There is nothing special in food or service. Is OK when it is not busy but awful in busy times. I had to clean myself the table. Apparently, the corners are neglected, and the staff seems to not be enough as a number. The tablets are broken, not too many options for a visit with children.
