What an absolute gem! I just happened to find this place on google maps while on holiday in the area and I’m very glad I did. We only stayed for 5 days but ate here 3 times. I didn’t even get a photo of the evening meal here as it was too good to wait around for. Breakfast is served until 3pm which is super handy if like me, you’re not a morning person. Portion sizes were brilliant, you would never be leaving still hungry. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming and the food was 10/10 too. Highly recommend this place but I just wish it was closer to home.

I absolutely love to come to Springsteens Diner, whenever my partner and I travel to Ireland. This has to be our favourite restaurant over here. However, for over 20 years they have been serving American based food and I cannot be disappointed. Firstly, credit goes to the fabulous team that work here. You make everything easy and taste delicious. In addition, i love how everything about the lay out and how it feels home-like. Secondly, the food was perfect! Most of the food items come with a side (read the menu to make sure). I got myself “the firebird burger” and the bacon mac and cheese. T
