The keema and pea curry from Red Chilli was outstanding. Proper authentic taste — rich, spicy and full of flavour just like a real homemade desi curry. The mince was cooked perfectly and the peas added a nice sweetness that balanced the heat from the fresh green chillies. You can tell it’s made the traditional way with proper spices, not watered down for a Western palate. The aroma alone takes you straight to a proper South Asian kitchen. Paired with fresh roti, it’s comfort food done right. 🌶️🔥
