Fahima Akhtar★★★★★Absolutely delicious Chinese takeaway! The food arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavour. Portions were generous and everything tasted authentic, especially the naga chicken bites and fried rice. Fast delivery and friendly service too. Great value for money — will definitely be ordering again!
Love Lxstt★Been having century city for ages (when it was lees) but honestly it’s fallen off. Travelled all the way from London for it. The ‘stir fry chicken rice’ was literal bland plain white rice mixed with egg- no flavour, at all. The salt and pepper nuggets were so dry& rubbery (potentially old& reheated). I also ordered spicy salt and pepper chips and wings- they gave me nuggets instead of wings. Secondly spicy/flavour doesn’t mean drenching it in chilli oil. It was so sickening. If you’re going to imitate Chinese food, please attempt to do it right. Honestly fallen off soo bad. When I went in
Tareq Alim★★★★★Ordered a mixed halal Chinese meal and overall it was very satisfying. The food was fresh, hot, and well packed. The fried rice was tasty and not too oily, with good flavour throughout. The noodles were well cooked and nicely seasoned. The chicken dishes were the highlight — crispy on the outside and juicy inside, with rich sauces that weren’t too sweet. The chips were fresh and crunchy, and the sesame prawn toast was golden and enjoyable. Portions were generous, enough to share. Overall, good value for money with a wide variety of halal options. Would definitely order again.
Farhana Begum★When I lived in Oldham, we would eat often from centuries before it was taken over by new management. The quality of the food was very poor. I ordered spicy stir fried noodles and chicken. I only took a few bites before I realised that the stir fry noodles had old carrots in that were visibly brown. Carrots are very cheap so there is no need to use old carrots even if you are being mindful of food waste… it was very off putting, I could not eat anymore. The chicken was dry and rubbery and it seemed as though it wasn’t fresh, possibly reheated or reused chicken. I usually don’t write review
