Called into Costa Cheadle Hulme this Saturday morning for the first time in several years, as the service in the past was atrocious, the coffee was consistently poor quality, the local undereducated staff were ignorant and slow, the queues moved at a snail's pace, it was just simply awful. Today was such a superb shock! The place was packed, the queue was being served very quickly, the coffee was sublime, even the bacon roll was hot and tasty. I was that impressed I ordered another coffee and bacon roll. The place was that full, customers were struggling to find a spare table. What has changed

Came in yesterday for coffees and snacks with my friend and got served with a beautiful smile by a young lady called Lilian (I hope I’ve spelt that correctly!) she gave us a wonderful service and was very hardworking multitasking cleaning and providing customers with their wants. A gem. Also to mention the woman making our lattes was brilliant too.

Costa Coffee is one of those places I find myself visiting occasionally, even though I’m not really their target customer. I don’t drink coffee, so I can’t personally comment on the taste, but I’ve been told by a number of friends and colleagues that Costa’s coffee is excellent and reliable. Apparently, it’s one of the reasons people keep going back those who love coffee really seem to get exactly what they’re looking for. As for me, I usually order herbal tea. It’s perfectly fine, nothing remarkable, but still a decent option when you’re just looking for something warm, simple, and comfortin

I’m consistently impressed with Emma every time I visit this Costa. She always remembers my drink and has it ordered before I even get the chance to ask. She works with a genuine smile, is friendly to everyone, and goes out of her way to remember people’s orders. Emma carries herself like she owns an independent coffee shop, and she represents both the franchise and the Costa brand impeccably. In a world full of mediocre service, she is a refreshing standout. She’s a real asset to the team and to the local community in Cheadle Hulme. Dave
